140$ per 50 minute session: In person or virtually
150$ per 50 minute session: Out of office
An additional 35$ is charged for couples or family sessions.

Insurance
An extended health plan with a private insurance company such as Blue Cross, SunLife, etc. may cover our services depending on the specific details of your policy.
Please note that counselling and therapy services provided by a private practice are not covered by MSI in Nova Scotia, even with a physician's referral.
Receipts provided for insurance reimbursements.
Direct billing is available for clients who are insured through Blue Cross.
Cancellations and Missed Sessions
Missed appointments and late cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
We understand that sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or inclement weather, which may prevent clients from attending their session. You will not be charged for sessions that are cancelled due to inclement weather.
If your therapist cancels your appointment, you will not be charged for that session.
